day 8/start of week 2
8. Write your current weight. Have you lost anything in the past week? If not, what are your plans for this week?
I DID IT! ha wow! I didn’t think it would happen this fast!!! But some of my other measurements are still not where I want them to be, so I’m going to continue to work hard.
I’ve been drinking a gallon of water a day, and usually I’m so bad at staying hydrated. I feel like this is a huge factor of my weight loss.
My tummy is at 26 inches (reached my goal, now I gotta keep it)
My booty is at 37. So I lost one inch. Still working hard though: I want to get it tight and lose weight in my thighs.
My thighs are 21.5 inches around my upper thigh. I didn’t post this originally but I just realized I want to loose some weight there too.
7. What is your least favorite healthy food?
I’d have to say protein shakes, if that counts. They taste just absolutely horrible to me.
day five & six
4. Have a vegan day today. No meat, no eggs, no dairy, no animal products whatsoever. Give it a try!
(again, had to switch days with 4 because my mom had already made me non-vegan food)
This was really hard for me, as I’m a meat-lover and a cheese-lover. I ended up craving it at the end of the day and ended up REALLY binging. So this probably wasn’t very good for me.
6. What is your favorite unhealthy food?
I’d have to say oreos. Goodness gracious they are good.
