(I had to switch 4 and 5 because my mom had already packed me a non-vegan lunch. Haha #mommieprobz )
Definitely oatmeal. I craveeee it sometimes. It’s so good for you, and I can add fruit or anything I want. I feel so full after I eat it, but never bloated.
3. Is your UGW in an “unhealthy“ range of BMI?
No. I’ve done plenty of research and I know that I’m not trying to be skinny, I’m trying to be healthy.
